There are 13 rabbits at East Valley Animal Care Center in Van Nuys, CA who will be euthanized on Tuesday (Oct 23rd) if not adopted. I am doing my part to spread the word to save the lives of these adorable bunnies. All 13 rabbits have been socialized and spayed/neutered. However, the shelter is about to have 50 rabbits dumped on them and these 13 rabbits will hit their 45 day mark in the shelter on Tuesday and will no longer be allowed to stay. If they haven't found homes, then they will be killed. It looks like a lady named Dina will actually post the bail on a few of these bunnies if you are able to take them and meet certain qualifications. Hey everyone,

This is self-explanatory  and URGENT!  The e-mail below leaves no room for doubt or misinterpretation:    13 rabbits will die next Tuesday unless they are bailed.   We have so many precious dolls that are about to be EUTHANIZED because a backyard breeder is laying a 50 rabbit DUMP on East Valley shelter.  It is unfair and unacceptable that our socialized, loving, spayed/neutered rabbits should lose their live because of this.

Please help me help them!    Post EVERYWHERE, blast to everyone you know.  And if you can take one or two or three I will bail for QUALIFIED homes/fosters.

Listen, the guy with the 50 bunnies has started to turn them in. We are now out of room. The following is a list of the Bunnies that have been here for longer than 45 days and we are not to have any animal including bunnies, in the shelter system for longer than 45 days. The following must get out by Tuesday 10/23/07.
